SYNOPSIS

In its consequences, what is the real significance of Prague's candidacy for hosting the Olympic games? Through five Olympic circles/themes, the film looks at different stakeholders' motivations and thus itself becomes an arena for exhibiting the athletic performance of the invited "stars" (architects, politicians, the public, athletes, non-athletes,. etc.).
